1. Ordering & Customization 🌺

Q: Can I customize a gift basket?
A: Yes! We love creating custom gift baskets.  Take a look at our most popualr gifts. This is a great place to start.  Add/sub-track items to make it your own.  You can also choose items from our single item collection, and if you have something specific in mind that isn’t on the site, let us know – we’ll do our best to source it! Reach out to me via email or Shopify chat. 


Q: How far in advance should I place a custom order?
A: For individual gifts, we can usually fulfill orders within a day or 2. For large corporate orders, we recommend contacting us at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and delivery timing.

Q: Can I include a live plant in my gift?
A: Absolutely! We can add a plant from Blossom + Branch Houseplants to any gift for that extra special touch. Just let us know in your order notes, and we will get in touch.

Q: Do you offer corporate gifting services?
A: Yes, we specialize in corporate gifting! We can create branded tags, include company logos, and work with you to design gifts that fit your budget and theme.

Q: Do you offer a discount for large corporate orders?
A: We don’t offer discounts for large orders. Corporate gifts are very labor-intensive, and since it’s just me handling everything, I want to make sure each gift receives the care and attention it deserves. Additionally, most of our products come from other small businesses that don’t offer discounts, so we honor their pricing. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting small makers!

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship throughout the U.S.

Q: Do you offer local delivery in Michigan?
A: Yes! We offer delivery to Holland (North Side) + Grand Haven (East Side) Michigan, and surrounding areas for a $10 fee.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times will vary based on the destination, but you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Q: Can I return or exchange a gift?
A: Since our gift baskets contain perishable items, we cannot accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll make it right!

Q: Can I include a personal message with my gift?
A: Yes! We offer handwritten gift notes with every order – just leave your message at checkout.

Q: Will the gift basket look exactly like the photo?
A: Each basket is uniquely curated with the best Michigan-made products available. While the items may vary slightly, we guarantee the same quality and care in every gift. Some items are not available year round.  In that case, I will substitute with a similar item of same or greater value.
